POSTPONEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
XX MEBC IS POSTPONED
Dear Colleagues!
The organization committee of XX. Middle European Buiatrics Congress organised by the Slovenian Buiatric Association decided that the Congress will be POSTPONED TO AUTUMN 2021 .
The Congress will be held in TERME PTUJ, HOTEL PRIMUS from 22nd to 25th of September, 2021.
The MEBC starts on September 22nd, 2021 with a workshop at one dairy farm nearby Ptuj. The Opening Ceremony will be in the evening of 22nd September 2021. Lectures and posters will be presented on 23rd and 24th of September.
There will also be organised a programme for accompanying persons and others in Ptuj; the oldest Slovenian town.
The Congress is organised for veterinarians, veterinary students and other interested persons in the field of bovine health management. An important aim of the Congress is to promote scientific discussions between researchers and practitioners in buiatrics from different countries.
Main topics of the congress;
infectious diseases, reproduction, surgery , lameness, animal wellfare (cattle), calves, udder health, nutrition and metabolic disease, small ruminants and new world camelids.
We hope that until the autumn of 2021 the corona epidemy will be under control. We wish to finally meet each other after a long period of time and that participants will be able to exchange their knowledge, experiences and friendship in person.
